Refund policy

We want you to love your EPOCH eyewear. If it isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns. You may return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the protective case and packaging included.

How to start a return. Reach us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll be notified by email when it's processed.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

2-Year Warranty. Every EPOCH frame is covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.
